PLANTATIONS
Sea Pines Plantation Sea Pines spans the southern third of the island. GOLF COMMUNITIES
Belfair Belfair’s East Course provides elevation changes and bent grass greens, both uncommon in the area. The challenging West Course is home to the Players Amateur. Berkeley Hall Berkeley Hall is a private golf club community surrounded by the Okatie and Colleton Rivers and Chechessee Creek. Long Cove Long Cove’s Pete Dye-designed private golf course was named the state’s top golf course for 10 years by Golf Digest magazine.
